Safe Start and Safe Start +

Safe Start provides Landlords who have found their own Tenant with four crucial elements to make sure that everything is set up correctly from the outset and thus minimises the risks of things going wrong further down the road.

1. References and credit checks:  We use Let Insurance Services, who deal directly with prospective Tenants to establish their suitability.
2. Tenancy Agreement:  Our Tenancy Agreements are industry standards and come from The Letting Centre, but can be adapted to include special conditions as required.
3. Inventory & Schedule of Condition:  Live Letting Exchange operates countrywide and provide detailed inventories with dated photographs that can prove to be invaluable in case of dispute.
4. Deposit Protection:  To keep in line with current legislation we use the government backed Deposit Protection Service for all deposits.

The charge for Safe Start is £427.00 including VAT

If you don't already have a Tenant and would like us to advertise your property, then we also offer Safe Start+.  This includes all of the above but also advertising on Rightmove, the most widely used online portal by Agents and Tenants alike.
