Simon began letting out property in the summer of 1995 and has been steadily building the business up ever since. Today Simon focuses mainly on attracting new landlords and building relationships with referral partners, but is also responsible for carrying out viewings and inspections of managed properties.

Caroline joined Simon Fisher in March 2008. She started out with general office administration and then quickly moved on to deal with all aspects of property maintenance. Caroline has recently taken on responsibility for our "Safe Start" option, launched earlier this year. Networking and social media are fast growing mediums for businesses and Caroline is active on both LinkedIn and Twitter (TheBetterLetter) as well as being a keen member of 4Networking.
